Im inspired to do a piece involved with the genre of a physiological thriller. (Top Right) High key lighting is used to show the stress of being somewhat in the 'spot light'. (The photo on the Left) shows a crack running down her face, showing the frugalness and vulnerabilty and how fragile the girl actually is. The audience is 15 - 40, of both genders and socio-economic class Bs and Cs.
I intend to recreate an image similar to the top image, however with a different film. I would like to portray a relationship between an older girl and a younger girl. The representation of this is of what appears to be a middle/working class girls, of the ages of mid 30s and a ten year old. The gender are both females.
I believe the audience is for women from 12-40 and socio-economic grouping is C1s downwards.
High key lighting is used and bubbles and lighting around the edges, perhaps representing hope.

Enigma is presented as soon as the poster catches your eye. The audience is left think who is she, and the poster even questions the audience by asking the question 'WHO IS SALT' The poster presents the actress Angelina Jolie, and the release date of Summer 2010. An extreme close up is used, giving very little away.
